I had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious hotel, with spacious rooms and a prime downtown location that made exploring the city effortless. The staff was exceptionally attentive, providing a warm welcome throughout my visit, making me feel valued. However, I did experience some frustrations with the suite night awards not being honored, which left me feeling a bit undervalued as a loyal guest. Aside from this, the dining options were delightful, especially breakfast, and the hotel's elegant vibe was a real treat.
